Summary:
Coach Fleeting is the proud father of Brittany, Robert and Shania Fleeting.  He attended Southern Connecticut State University, where he played for Rich Cavanaugh.  After graduating from SCSU, Coach Fleeting joined the Weaver High School football staff as an assistant coach under the direction of David Hodge.  As an assistant coach, Fleeting was a defensive coordinator between 1995 and 1997.  During those three years Weaver went to three straight State Playoffs and won back to back state championships in 1996 (#1 ranked team in Connecticut and New England) and 1997 (#2 ranked team in Connecticut).  Coach Fleeting became the Head Football Coach at Weaver High School in 1999.  During his first year as Head Coach, Weaver won the Class M State Title.  During his tenure at Weaver as head football coach, he has won a State Championship, had five playoff appearences (1999, 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2008), five CCC West Division Titles (2003, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008) and eight City of Hartford Championships.  In 2007 Coach Fleeting was selected by the Connecticut High School Coaches Association to be the Head Coach of the Connecticut All-Star Team, which went on to defeat the All-Stars of Rhode Island.  Coach Fleeting is looking forward to accomplishing great things during his tenure here at Windsor High School.

Summary:
Jason Gaudet is the proud father of two girls, Elisabeth and Katherine Gaudet.

Jason Gaudet began his football playing career at South Windsor High School as a Tight End and Defensive Tackle.  He received honorable mention All State his senior year.  He went on to play football at Milford Academy, a preparatory post graduate school, in Milford Connecticut.  Jason Gaudet was recruited as a Tight End and eventually signed his letter of intent with the University of Cincinnati in 1993.  Gaudet transferred in 1994 from the University of Cincinnati to Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.  He received a full scholarship and went on to letter three years as a Tight End under Coach Barry Gallup.  Jason Gaudet graduated in June 1998 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice.

In 1998 Gaudet began coaching career at Fermi Enrico High School in Enfield, CT.  He coached offensive/defensive line under Tony Bonito for three years while becoming a student of the Wing-T and Double Wing offense.  In 2001 Gaudet went to Windsor High School where he coached the Offensive Line.  In 2002 Gaudet was named the Offensive Coordinator and implemented the Wing-T offense and helped the team reach the Class L State Finals.  Gaudet left Windsor after the 2002 season and rejoined Tony Bonito for an additional two years at Fermi Enrico High School.  Gaudet did not coach again until 2007 when he received a job at Joseph A. Foran High School in Milford Connecticut.  He was hired by his former Head Coach, Jeff Bevino, who is a member of the Milford Academy Hall of Fame.  Gaudet coached defensive backs, running backs and defensive line while at Foran.  He chaired a golf tournament which led to the Foran Booster Club donating $8000 for the weight room.  He was also instrumental in implementing an improved strength and conditioning program.  In 2008 Foran won the Southern Connecticut Division 2 West Conference. 

Jason Gaudet is back at Windsor High School as the Offensive Coordinator & Offensive Line Coach in his first season under Coach Robert Fleeting.
